IOCT attends the Children's Heart Unit Fund (CHUF) Business Breakfast.

The Children’s Heart Unit Fund celebrated its 40th year.

First business breakfast of the year saw our Cluster Manager attending the Children’s Heart Unit Fund (CHUF) Business Breakfast meet up at the Crown Plaza.

The Children’s Heart Unit Fund (CHUF) is 40 this year. They support heart heroes from birth to adulthood so it was good to hear their plans and hear about their own IoCTInAction moment. This was during Covid when they installed VCreate which is an app that allowed parents to communicate with the nurses and the nurses to share those precious milestone moments you miss when your child is in PICU.

This may have been before IoCT was created but we celebrate the examples of the IoCT we see around us.
