OnHand - The Impact Report

The crisis that the care sector is in at the moment leaves millions of people not getting the help they need, and a heavy reliance on informal and unpaid carers - friends and family. It’s far from ideal. OnHand have been tracking their impact and, together with NICA, did some research to figure out just how much of a difference we’ve made to the lives of those in the North East.
