Pip is a Senior Innovation Associate at NICA.
Pip joined NICA in August 2024 with extensive experience in conducting user research for public and private sector clients.
Pip has a passion for working with the public to understand the wants and needs of their lives. She studied Sociology at Durham University, and since graduating has worked with teams to deliver a variety of user-centred products and experiences.
